Welcome to Easy Street Markets. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Easy Street Markets if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Affiliate Disclosure

Easy Street Markets is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and other affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com, Etsy, Redbubble, and other merchants. When you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. This comes at no additional cost to you.

We strive to provide honest and accurate comparisons, but product prices, availability, and merchant terms are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2. E-Commerce and Purchases

In addition to affiliate links, Easy Street Markets sells Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise directly.

  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Fulfillment: Our POD products are printed and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner (Printful). Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and their production queue.
  • Refunds and Returns: Because our POD products are made-to-order specifically for you, we only offer refunds or replacements if the item arrives damaged or misprinted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof of the issue. We do not offer returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

3. Intellectual Property

The restrictions below apply only to material Easy Street Markets actually owns, such as our own written guides, designs and product artwork. They do not apply to third-party material we display under licence, which is covered in the next section.

Unless otherwise stated, Easy Street Markets and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for our own material on Easy Street Markets. You may access this from Easy Street Markets for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Regarding material we own, you must not:

  • Republish material from Easy Street Markets
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Easy Street Markets
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Easy Street Markets
  • Redistribute content from Easy Street Markets without proper attribution

3a. Photography and Data We Do Not Own

Wildlife photographs on Easy Street Markets were taken by individual iNaturalist observers, who own them. We display each photo under the Creative Commons licence its photographer chose, and we credit the photographer and link that licence beneath every image. We claim no ownership of these photographs, and nothing in these terms restricts your rights under their licences. To reuse a photo, follow its own licence rather than this page, and check the linked observation, since a photographer may change or withdraw their licence at any time.

Our observation data comes from iNaturalist and GBIF, and our species and sighting figures are counts derived from those records rather than reproductions of them. See our methodology page for every source we use and what each one powers.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Easy Street Markets, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. Easy Street Markets, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
