Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
This policy explains what Easy Street Markets (https://easystreetmarkets.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Information We Collect
Guest Checkout and E-commerce Data: When you purchase a Print-on-Demand product directly through our site, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order. This includes your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. We operate a guest checkout system and do not require or store user accounts or passwords. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Fulfillment is handled by Printful, and your shipping address is transmitted to them strictly to print and deliver your order.
Log Files and Analytics: Easy Street Markets uses log files and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors engage with the site. This collects internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and click counts. We use it to analyze trends, administer the site, and understand which guides people find useful.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like most websites, Easy Street Markets uses cookies. They store information such as your preferences and which pages you visited, which lets us tailor the experience to your browser and how you use the site. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete them; the site will still work if you do.
3. Affiliate Tracking
Easy Street Markets takes part in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, Viator, and Booking.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an affiliate link on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These networks use their own cookies to attribute a sale to us, and we have no access to or control over those cookies. Every affiliate link on the site is marked as such.
4. Advertising
Easy Street Markets does not currently display third-party advertising. If that changes, we will name the advertising partner here, describe the data it collects, and explain how to opt out of interest-based advertising, before any ads run.
5. Third Party Privacy Policies
This policy does not cover other websites or advertisers. When you follow a link away from Easy Street Markets, the site you land on has its own policy and its own practices. We would encourage you to read them, particularly for details on opting out of tracking.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable form. Our legal bases for processing are: performing a contract (fulfilling an order you placed), and legitimate interests (understanding site usage through analytics). To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in section 9 and we will respond within one month.
7. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion, to request a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and we never have.
8. Data Retention and Children
We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill the order and meet tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained on Google Analytics' standard schedule.
Easy Street Markets is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Contact Information
